Swedish fiddle player Lena Jonsson and Breton accordion player Martin Coudroy mix traditional music from their home countries with their own exciting compositions. They share their common interest for grooves, quirky melodies and whirling polskas and gavottes. Since the start of 2008 they have released 3 albums and toured all over Europe.

In the new generation of contemporary folk music, Lena Jonsson is one of Scandinavia’s most influential fiddlers. Lena’s style is unique in combining her deep knowledge of traditional Swedish folk music and the youthful sounds of rock, pop, jazz, American old-time and bluegrass. Effortlessly integrating virtousity and rockstar charisma, her music is joyous, sparking life and connection in every performance.

Martin Coudroy is renowned for his expertise in French and European traditional musics, particularly music for dance. He specialises in the Breton repertoire with influences from jazz to musette, through gypsy swing, traditional and world music, contemporary and improvised music.
