Alternative folk singer-songwriter Beth Angharad pairs open-hearted lyricism with lush three-part harmony, strings, and saxophone. Rooted in her Welsh heritage, Beth Angharad’s music has a compelling individuality, winding love and loss around lilting melodies that sit the listener beside her. Welsh folk songs are woven through a set of original songs—devastatingly honest—sonically influenced by her grounding in indie, folk and jazz.

Beth’s compositions have received support from tastemakers such as Mary Anne Hobbs of 6 Music, BBC Radio 1 and CLASH Magazine, fronting the indie 4-piece Queen Colobus.

Now bringing her solo project to the fore, Beth is joined by musicians Morgan Rickman and George Lloyd-Owen for their debut gig at the intimate Green Note in Camden.
