Anna Anise is a radiant new voice in modern folk, blending lyrical storytelling, glorious melodies and energetic hooks with the Celtic influence of her Cornish roots. Her debut bilingual album, Aneth, brings together English and Cornish language (Kernewek) in a collection of ten songs that weave together original songwriting, intricate arrangements and the rich folk heritage of Cornwall.
As a performer, Anna has played all over the UK, from venues such as Thekla Bristol, Acorn Theatre Penzance, and Cobalt Studios in Newcastle to festivals like Green Man and Between the Trees. In 2024, she co-headlined a spring tour in 2026 with Jon Fazal, and previously an 18-date support tour with the folk trio Hands of the Heron.
She will be travelling with boci, fiddle player and astral-folk artist who will also open the night with a support set.
